My name is Natalia. I have a considerable background in yoga training in Siderski's yoga seminars and training courses in Russia, Moscow and Ukraine, Kiev (I am of russian origin). After this long experience in hatha yoga and following my personal search (and adventure), I arrived in Greece, where I met tantra and all its liberating and awakening "message", not through some official tantric institution (there are many of them in the western world), but in my life itself. This meeting made me to try to combine the vast variety of disciplined yoga techniques with the relaxed and joyful message of tantra. I have arrived in this way, after six years, to be able to feel and perceive another meaning and another dimension of yoga asanas and pramayanas, which origin (as you will probably know) is supposed to be the joyful dance of Shiva in his marriage. This different dimension is what I want to share with (and teach to) other people interested and above all motivated in a personal awakening, liberating and transforming process. And that's why also I wouldn't do the typical touristic yoga classes with 10, 20 or 30 people and a strict schedule, with the target just to occupy their mind and body. I want instead to show to people how to be in contact with their inner self and with their heart (tantra) in awareness (yoga).
Considering the above, the retreats I hold are not of a strict structure. It's not a strictly structured plan of lessons and practices that is going to help us to whatever, but our openness. And openness is a state of being.
